1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
Returns are accepted if the product received does not match the original description. (Please note: slight variations in colour shades are not considered grounds for return.)
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We are unable to accept returns for:
Customized or made-to-order products
Goods that have been used, partially assembled, or modified in any way
Items not returned in original packaging or returned in poor condition
Clearance or sale items
3. Return Process
If you would like to return an item:

Once your request is approved, carefully repackage the item, including all documentation, manuals, and accessories.
Ship the product back to the return address provided by our team.
Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we delivered the wrong item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds
Once your return has been inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returned items may be subject to a 10% handling fee (minimum £1.00) to cover administrative costs.
Some imported or special-order items may incur a 20% restocking fee.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on availability.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size, colour, or similar item):
Please follow the same return process.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
We cannot offer exchanges after 48 hours of delivery if items have been assembled, used, or are not in their original packaging.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received within the expected 5–10 business days:
Check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
If you used Klarna or another payment service, please contact their support team.

9. Return Shipping Policy
You are responsible for covering return postage costs, unless we agree otherwise.
Delivery fees (including “free delivery” promotions) are non-refundable.
All returned items are subject to a handling fee as outlined above.
If goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied, or replaced with unsuitable alternatives, Furniture World will cover the cost of return. In such cases, we will arrange the courier collection.
